Let me tell you, they did an outstanding job explaining the program and setting expectations for the process. I hired 1st Choice Energy to do a home efficiency upgrade and to install a new variable speed Trane heat pump. This was a big investment in my home, and I am very satisfied with the work and the service.I am somewhat knowledgeable about building science and home efficiency. I chose 1st Choice because David and his team understand this stuff and how to apply it in central Texas. We've been using Wise Energy Systems for HVAC work for over 30 years. They have always done a great job for us on unit repairs and replacements. Larry keeps up to date on latest technologies and makes helpful recommendations on how what types of systems are cost effective. He is very well versed in the various incentive programs offered by the city of Austin. He and his crews are always prompt and have even come to our house on very short notice. I would recommend Wise for HVAC service as well as energy audits and recommendations.
