Our system was old when we moved into the house 16 years ago. Cool Choice has been to our home at least 3 times in last 6 years. Joey and other staff are professional, fast and honest. After replacing a fan, and making a few other required repairs, they gave me a detailed write-up of what they did and potential issues that might occur in the future with our old system. I asked for info on a new system and Joey gave us several links and a quick lesson on pricing and suggested systems appropriate for Central Texas. Amazing service and wonderful response time! I had some issues with a system that was installed a year ago just before I bought my home. I inherited the product but Joey didn’t treat me like anything but his new favorite customer! He came over within an hour and offered to fix a few small things under warranty!
