“I had a tub diverter go out on my tub. I attempted to replace it with a generic tub spout from Lowe’s. All the spouts at Lowe’s didn’t seem to fit my tub pipe at home. I called Danika at Dependable to get a plumber out to help. Not even a full hour later, Seth called to assess the situation. He had me send some pictures to help him better understand the issues. He told me to go get a specific brand tub faucet (delta) that would fit vs a generic one. He said if you can do it on your own it will save you time and money. I gave it a shot and of course it worked. Definitely recommend and obviously even though they didn’t come to my house, they still helped repair the problem. I owe Seth lunch for sure.“

“5 stars because not only did I have to call once but twice in a week period for two different situations at my house. First my plumbing was backing up so I scheduled a appointment for a later time, well over the weekend when temperatures decided to hit in the high 90s my ac went out! I called them the following morning and not only did they show up when they said they would but fixed it in less than a hour! The following day they came to fix my plumbing! Both men were so kind and professional ! Definitely will be calling them back if I have any other problems. Highly recommend!“
