After asking another local plumber to install new gas pipes that were up to code, them doing a sub par job, and then another company trying to charge me double to fix it.This company, and specifically Bo the technician, did an amazing job. He tested every piece, installed new parts, kept us informed the entire time, the price was exactly as advertised, and he was extremely professional. This company now has my business from here on out.
Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. Trent was great and went the extra mile to make sure I was good to go. Super quick to come out too, I waited maybe 3 minutes for a call and he was on his way. Great guy to talk to, answered all my dumb customer questions, even as he explained what he was doing. What was happening, he made sure to make sure that I was comfortable too. I’ll be sure to call Mr Rooter again and ask for Trent.Us blue collar guys do have to look out for eachother, thank you Trent ✊?✊? give this man a raise asap ?
Bo was such a nice young man and knew his business. Had my drain cleaned out in no time and price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for help on cleaning out a drain.
