Doctor Richard Offenback didn't offer a breathing treatment and told me to go home and continue to use my nebulizer. I had a very hard time trying to breathe, so I ended up in the hospital that day. I have never had an experience like this. The Nurse Practitioner that I have seen before did all they could to make sure that I was feeling better and breathing better. Some people just don't care.“
