“The best choice for me. Selecting a window company and manufacturer is complicated. After much research and references I solicited 3 quotes. One well known national company was $78,000 higher! Watch out for scare tactics and assertions of competitors having inferior products and service. My project included 24 windows. John Allen was recommended by 2 of my personal friends who used him on their homes. Professional salesman who knows his product and industry. The windows are manufactured in Flower Mound Tx. I accepted his quote and met with his GM Tony to set up the order at their Richardson Tx office. They sent Pat to measure my windows for accuracy. Very meticulous man. Order was placed and delivery of windows was 4 weeks. Shelly called to confirm date of installation. My installation crew was Raphael and Kevin. For 2 days they worked as a well oiled machine removing each existing window and prepped opening for new window. Care and skill made the experience very impressive.
