I am providing my feedback with my recent experience working with Paradigm roofing after recent hail damage to my home in Austin, Texas. Paradigm roofing was recommended by one of my neighbors and did not disappoint. Everything from the initial estimates to the contracting aspect made Paradigm easy to work with. The owner Greg always made himself available for questions and would pay regular visits to the property to make sure shingles matched HOA specs. He would also take time to make sure all contract questions were addressed and I felt comfortable and understand scope of work and associated pricing. Highly recommend Paradigm. Communication was outstanding and they did a great job in a timely manner. Job took much longer than anticipated but price didn’t change. Plus they were $700 less than another estimate I got.

Greg and his team at Paradigm were a pleasure to work with. The bid was very competitive, the crew did excellent work, and left the site clean. Great communication, knowledgeable about the various products available, and made recommendations on how and where to save.
