I've been to dozens of studios across the globe, and this one is definitely one of the best and unique ones out there!The staff is always friendly, they listen to the students feedback, it's clean and they provide all the equipment you need. (Just bring yourself, water bottle, and a towel!)Everything I could possible think of I could need for a great yoga experience, they've nailed it.To make the experience even better, there is not just one teacher in the room, everyone is a teacher and a student since all the classes are pre-recorded, and I learn so much from EVERYONE and get to fight my inner demons every time I come in.I'm so grateful they've created it. “Cathy has been doing table work and helping me improve my ankle stability and strength through various exercises. I suffered an ankle sprain on Thanksgiving playing Rugby. It’s now been up to 3 months since I have ran. After my first appointment with Cathy, I have now been able to run 3x (up to 2 miles without stopping and 5x2 minute sprints around the track). Highly recommend!“
