“First of all let me start off saying how pleased I am with Servpro. My first meeting was with Matthew Ulrich whom was extremely helpful in helping me deal with the situation at hand. Helene brought Devastation to downtown Newport two to three foot deep everyone was in dire need all the businesses were flooded I happened to reach out to a couple different people I'm not going to mention any name to the other companies but did decide to go with Servpro the price they gave me was 60% cheaper than the original quote and then upon finishing the job they charged me for time spent not for the quote that they gave me which is very admirable in my opinion. You don't find a lot of companies that would do that these days and not take advantage of someone when they were down so my suggestion to you as a consumer give Servpro a chance I'm sure you'll be pleased as I was how to get big thanks to Matthew Ulrich again and his crew for getting this job taken care of quickly.
