“During the major hail storm in 2011, we hired them to repair our home. There were damages throughout our home in many different areas. Roofing, siding, HVAC, paint, windows etc. It was all handled through one claim professionally. We always had great communication and having everything handled by Belfor reduced our stress level tremendously. Having to get qualified people to show up who would stand behind their work during a catastrophe circumstances would have been very difficult. Many of the restoration companies that popped up in 2011 are long out of business. Very glad we went with a local company that has support and resources from a large corporation.“

“Some of the best people I've done business with, I highly recommend them! My house was a disaster after a frozen pipe incident. Frankie fit me in when no one else could (it was a bad winter around here) and started working right away. Other problems, which the previous owner of my house had covered up, were discovered during the renovation process, and they took care of all of it for me. The whole crew was so nice, trustworthy, and reliable. Real people, not salespeople. And the price I paid for everything was very fair. “So thankful and blessed how quickly Rainbow International of Knoxville responded to water pipe bursting and flooding all of downstairs. They came out night it happened on December 24,2022 And started 36 fans to help dry out. Packed up everything 2 days later and started restoration. They walked insurance adjuster thro what needed restoration and provided diagnostics when needed. I was completely overwhelmed and do not know what I would have done without them walking with me through all the restoration I highly recommend this Company and all Their employees.“
