I felt the need to express my gratitude to the Knoxville team at Restorepro! Dealing with water damage is never easy but they have done such a fantastic job so far of easing the stress of the situation. Highly communicative and professional at every step so far. We still have work to be done but I feel confident I have been paired with the right people.

When no one else was available restore pro was there in minutes to take care of an emergency situation like non-other we had ever experienced. They are available and always keeping you in the know of the details and process was constant until complete. Restore Pro is the only place we need for our restoration needs!

We called RestorePro when another remediation company found years of water damage in one of our exterior facing walls. Zach and Briana came out right away to let us know what our options and estimate would look like, and explained the entire process through with us. Eric was our project manager, and once he was on our property it took less than a week for all of the various crews to come by to resolve all of the damage and return our wall to a state of brand new! We had a few discrepancies on the estimate versus the final invoice, but Zach handled our concerns very professionally and respectfully, ensuring we were properly and entirely taken care of.
