We experience a freon leak in our old HVAC unit the day before Christmas. After the holiday we called around to get quotes for repair or replacement. Sam's Heating And Air was our second quote and it was the obvious choice. He came across as an excellent down to earth small business man and provided pros and cons to help us decide if we wanted to repair or replace our old unit. He was incredibly prompt on answering calls and questions. Gave a quote that was lower than the competition and the final price was exactly the quoted amount with no hidden fees or attempted upcharging. The unit we needed was also available quickly and installed in a single day without issues.
