My husband and I contracted with Mountain City to install a new ac unit for our home. The business owner ordered and installed a new ac unit in our house and performed the tasks listed on the contract adequately. While he was doing the installation, my husband and I asked him to also put in a return air duct to make the ac unit perform better. This was agreed on verbally, but not put in the contract. After the ac unit was installed, the owner of Mountain City still needed to return to our house to put in a new thermostat saying he would do the return air duct at that time.
