We experience a freon leak in our old HVAC unit the day before Christmas. After the holiday we called around to get quotes for repair or replacement. Sam's Heating And Air was our second quote and it was the obvious choice. He came across as an excellent down to earth small business man and provided pros and cons to help us decide if we wanted to repair or replace our old unit. He was incredibly prompt on answering calls and questions. Gave a quote that was lower than the competition and the final price was exactly the quoted amount with no hidden fees or attempted upcharging. My air went out on a Friday afternoon. Spoke with Sam around 4 pm and I had air again by 8. Very knowledgeable, reliable and professional. Definitely will call him next time I have an air emergency.Service: Repair HVAC
