I only am leaving 1 star because I have to. These people seemed good being that they found a crack in the bathtub that I did not think anyone would find something so little, but the bad part is that they were too lazy to crawl completely under my home when I paid them for the inspection. Only a few months have passed and I noticed a piece of my floor was not right, I pulled the floor up and discovered it was rotted, I went underneath the house and bam! Right in plain sight 2 broken floor joist along with the whole livingroom floor rotted. When i contacted them, they tried to blame it as being listed in the report when they listed about my master bathroom, not my living... read full review
