I’ve had chronic sciatica for over a year. Of course I had to follow my insurance & doctors protocol, so I spent @$1000 for therapy but the pain didn’t let up. Someone told me to try Dr Taylor & within a few visits I felt 100% better, nothing short of a miracle because the pain was unbearable at times. So I pray this review finds that person that was me. I’d never been to a chiropractor before because I’d always heard horror stories. I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me because now I’m working on improving my health and correcting neck and spine issues. Dr. Ferrier and his staff are the sweetest! He is very knowledgeable and professional yet personable. His staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. If you’re looking for a chiropractor, this is the place to go!
Very, very friendly and courteous staff! I brought my daughter's cat in and I really could not stay. The Dr was in surgery and they said it would be a while anyway so they said it would be fine to leave poor Sophie there. We were afraid she had BobCat fever because my daughter's other cat had just survived it. My daughter was very upset and worried but they calmed her down. Not only did they save the previous cat, Keke, from Bobcat fever but they got "S" back up and running. Thank goodness she didn't have it. They are heros in my book. We all love our animals and they Understood and were very kind and full of compassion. We were not just another person. Our pets were cared for as if they were the only ones there and I know that wasn't the case because I saw that interaction between one of the women and a dog. Each animal is treated that way. Each animal is special. Or that is what I saw with my eyes. We were not dollar signs. Our pets weren't herded through. They were cared for with a lot of love and care. I very much recommend them!
Dr. Grace is amazing. She's been working with me on issues with my sick cat. She takes the time to talk to you, addresses any questions you have clearly and with great information and works on a plan with you. The staff is also friendly, competent and patient.
