“The staff member were always kind, understanding, and professional throughout this very long process. This was a major undertaking of two and half bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and laundry. Opening up walls and removing a couple of walls. Jokingly I compared this process to being pregnant, lol, with all the emotions that come with it. Starting with excitement going to pick out all the finishes and the joy of imagining how everything will come together but then it THE LONG process of waiting for products to arrive or inspectors to show which means no work until those things happen (not GK&Bath fault). Next as things start to come back together and the picture begins to develop as you had hoped, the excitement returns.The only true issue I had throughout this process was COMMUNICATION. They have an online schedule to help keep everyone informed of what will happen each day. I would check the app in the morning before work but sometimes through the day, schedule items would be moved BUT no explanation as to why things were pushed back.The end product is absolutely gorgeous and any and all items of concern were always addressed and fixed.Services: Tile work installation“
