The staff member were always kind, understanding, and professional throughout this very long process. This was a major undertaking of two and half bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and laundry. Opening up walls and removing a couple of walls. Jokingly I compared this process to being pregnant, lol, with all the emotions that come with it. Starting with excitement going to pick out all the finishes and the joy of imagining how everything will come together but then it THE LONG process of waiting for products to arrive or inspectors to show which means no work until those things happen (not GK&Bath fault).
