He speaks to people like they are friends or family. I changed dental insurance companies to be in network. He has a wonderful and kind group of hygienists also.“

“I have to give a big shout out to Art of Dentistry. I broke a back molar over the weekend and after researching dentists in the area decided to make my first call to the Art of Dentistry. From the moment my call was taken by Alicia I was impressed. She was sympathetic from the get-go and worked to get me on schedule ASAP, which in this case was a couple of days out. I had let her know I was local and would happily come in if any cancelation occurred and not 5 minutes after getting off the phone she called back and told me to come on in for an appointment that had just been a no-show. Saw her again at the front desk of a very neat, clean and organized office. Filled out some quick paperwork and was seen promptly by a dental assistant, Liz who was very sweet and took x-rays.Dr. Harris was in next and walked and talked me through the options he felt were available for a crown or extraction depending on the damage when he removed the very large filling remaining. This office again was able to work me into another cancellation and I was seen the very next day.This time Dr. Harris was assisted by Myra, yet another friendly, calming and pleasant young lady. Two and a half hours of work later, I had a rescued tooth, a temporary crown and NEVER felt a bit of pain or discomfort. Dr. Harris even called me the next morning to see how I was doing!! So impressed with this dental office and I look forward to the permanent crown that they ordered and put on rush for me, as I am going out of town. From start to finish, this office was the perfect blend of professionalism and caring and warmth. EVERYONE on staff is so dang nice, even staff you bump into in the hall. Oh, and the bill was LESS than first estimated. I have found my new dental office and new dentist in Dr. Harris. i have worked in healthcare my whole life and am so used to being disappointed at how offices are run. These folks set the standard! Remarkable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.April 16. Just had the permanent crown placed and once again Art of Dentistry did an awesome job. This place is the BOMB! Clean, organized, patient focused, friendly, professional! Judith whisked me back as soon as I arrived and was so sweet an assistant. Dr Harris was once again his charming, reassuring and professional self. Never rushes the process. NO PAIN and I have a permanent crown that is the envy of my other teeth. Ran into Liz and Myra who had assisted during my first two visits and they are just so warm and welcoming. Even the gal who has the least enviable job, Sonia in billing, is just the nicest person and makes sure you understand and are good with the billing, which I find to be very reasonable. I booked my future exam with her so that I can attend to long delayed issues and long neglected dental health. I have found my dental office. No more sweaty palms and frustration with disorganized offices. These folks are wonderful.“

“My mom came to see Dr roberts for root canal after the procedure we found out there was trapped bacteria underneath which was causing her pain and discomfort. At first I was upset like how did this expensive procedure not fix all of mom's issues. After a bit of going back and forth the office refunded my mom her fee in order to allow her to go see another dentist. Upon examination the doctor was very impressed with how Dr roberts did the root canal given it was done under a tooth that had a bridge connected to it. Anyways after it was explained to me how complicated of a job it was and how it looked like a very good job done given the circumstances I got to say Dr roberts is a good knowledgeable dentist. And as upset as I was initially I gained a better appreciation for him“
