“Sept 11, 2024 - New windows installed by a skilled craftsman, Frank. Our home was loud inside with the lowest decibel reading at 34 because of A/C unit and traffic noise. Neal ordered the windows we wanted, PlyGym 1500 impact windows. The decibel reading in the house is now at 24-what a difference. We can see the traffic driving by but we can't hear it! We could not be happier with the color, the windows and the installation. Thank you for making our home more livable. Good company.

“Epitome in patience. I called and requested an estimate to have my house quoted for a roof. I received voicemail when I called but someone returned my call within 15 minutes. We scheduled an appt for inspection and quote and I wrote it down on the wrong day, a day later. me Being 30 minutes away he agreed to show up the next morning. He got a ladder out and inspected my roof and gave what I call a fair estimate (3500 under competion). He answered all my questions and based on his feedback and the amount I hired them on the spot. Here's where it get's tricky. I found out I had a honey be nest in the eve of the second floor easily 15' off the ground. I told them this would likely be an issue and they agreed to put the job on hold. I could not get ANYONE to remove the bees even exterminating them(which I didn't want to do). I wound up learning about bee's, buying a lift and did the job myself and the bees are now in a hive on my property, this took 3 months. I called them up and they said "we can be there next wednesday" and showed up when they said they would. Because of the pitch of my roof and multiple levels it took them 2 days. I stopped by the office and paid for my roof and received my warranty and completed bill in the mail a couple of days later.“
