I don’t know what to say other than one must go down and visit Madison Glass in person to understand what the place is like. I feel there are very few businesses left like this one. It's as if one stepped into a museum of curious things.In my experience, the gentlemen who run the place are extremely knowledgeable, and the prices are fair. For us, their turnaround time is lickity split quick.I believe we’ve used them more than 20 times in the last year and will continue to do so.

Had such an easy and great experience here. One of the pieces of glass in my china cabinet broke while moving. The glass is very thin and an interesting shape so I anticipated that getting a custom piece of glass would be costly and take time. I emailed 6 companies across Nashville and Madison Glass reached out to me the next day with a quote that was literally HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than the competitors. I brought in a matching piece of glass for them to copy and they were able to replicate it with in literally hours of me dropping it off. I have found Madison Glass to be the BEST glass company closest to Hendersonville! They're Reliable, Friendly, Helpful and FANTASTIC at what they do. They are what True Customer Service is all about!
