The doctors and their service are second to none! They provide the best eye care for our dog! However, the lady that sits behind the front counter has the personality of a shoe. They need someone who engages with the customers and their pets to make it feel more inviting. If I were a new customer, I'd be suspicious upon first impression.

My older cat develop sudden onset blindness. She completely lost her vision. My vet was unsure of the cause and recommended Veterinary Ophthalmology. They were able to determine that my cat had extremely high blood pressure which caused her retinas to detach, at least partially. They got her on blood pressure medicine and her vision is back. They say that there is some sort of an underlying condition, probably kidney disease, that's causing the high blood pressure. My cat had already been on a Kidney Care diet. Amazing customer service! There was a tiny bit of confusion on my dogs medicine, and VOS refunded us the same day on the amount for the medicine I accidentally ordered. Carrie was amazing!
