“During our very first vet visit with our first puppy, the team was wonderfully helpful and put us immediately ease. They made Birdie feel so comfortable, thoroughly checked our girl, and even offered us advice for crate training. It's hard to know if places will live up to the hype based on reviews, but this one absolutely did!“

“I am so grateful for Doctor Clark and all the great techs and staff over at Grassmere. I had a suspicion something was going on with little Moo since we moved cross country, and of course, what I thought was one thing turned out to be something much scarier. I was worried that she hurt herself while I was out over the weekend, but I had a general feeling that she wasn't feeling well overall, perhaps depressed. However, It turned out she has a heart murmur that's gotten worse over the years and a heart that is right on the edge of being enlarged, so we caught it in time to take action and try to minimize her symptoms as much as possible as well as get medications and see if there is anything else reasonable we can do. I know it isn't much you can do regarding this sort of thing, but they were so sweet and professional here. Dr. Clark even messaged me on Sunday before coming in on Monday for an appointment so that we could get her in immediately, so I didn't have to wait three or four days like everywhere else. As a dog mom, knowing something was wrong with my girl and not knowing what, I couldn't watch her struggle for 3-4 more days, not knowing what the culprit was but couldn't afford a trip to the ER. The care and compassion at this place, as well as the same urgency I felt about getting her in, were very evident. This is the kind of care one would hope to get from a vet as a long-time loyal patient, and it was my first visit. There was also no long wait like I'm used to at other wet offices. We sat in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes and were seen promptly. Moo isn't the biggest fan of vet visits in general, but this is the most comfortable I have ever seen her at a vet's office. And I love that I could stay with her the whole time. I don't like dropping her off and leaving the system because she is tiny and easily terrified. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Clark, Dianne, and everyone over there who was so wonderful to Moo and me yesterday. We love and appreciate you. thank you for taking such good care of us, and we will definitely see you again.“

“I have been a very satisfied pet owner of 2 very rough and rowdy Jack Russell terrier’s who were rescues about 11 years ago. They are now 15-1/2 years old and doing very well for their age. My male-Luke came to me with only one eye but never slowed down.He is still active and loves all the attention he can get making his “Rounds” of staff at Belle Meade Animal .Lillie is my good girl and was(in her youth) a remarkable hunter - they have an enclosed backyard with lots of trees and at last count (a few years ago) she had caught *42 * squirrels,She never ate one but buried them in my back yard.I sincerely appreciate all the staff at Belle Meade Animal Hospital-for calls answered and returned. Quick appointments when I get concerned. Help when I arrive with rowdy dogs and most of all EXCELLENT VETERINARY CARE AND CARE FROM THE ENTIRE FACILITY.“

“Grassmere is always a pleasure. They 'get' greyhound issues. They are patient, kind, and Farley always feels at home (even when poked and prodded). They are quick to get us in and out, but ask all the questions. We couldn't be happier with our treatment by all their staff and Drs.“

“I have used this clinic for MANY dogs and cats ever since it's opening!!! (Prior to that, in 1964, I saw Dr. Ben Griffin, the founder of Hillsboro Animal Hospital, at his clinic on 8th Avenue.)Even though I am prejudiced, I truly think this is the BEST Animal Hospital in Nashville. I have ALWAYS been more than pleased with each doctor I've seen during the many years.Just yesterday, I took my 12 year old dog, Blaze, in for an emergency visit and saw a young, female doctor for the first time. WOW!!! I was impressed all over again!!!Nashville is so lucky to have access to the caring folks at Hillsboro Animal Hospital!!!“

“I have been going to avians and exotics for well over a year now. Dr. Ray is well educated and extremely friendly. My bearded dragon had an infection and Dr. Ray,Lucas, and Alana have helped so very much in treating her and getting her on the road to recovery. Dr. Ray and Lucas have worked with my rough work schedule, and come in on off days just to get my girl her medicine refills. If that doesn’t say enough about them and how much they care I don’t know what to tell you! Your exotic friend will be treated with the upmost care when choosing these Amazing people to help them out, and nothing less. Me and Izzy Both thank you all!“

“I just need to take a moment to brag on Caudle Vet. This week, they nursed my very sick dog back to health. She had a large abscess that developed without us knowing which took a toll on her quickly. She also had extremely high sugar which was diagnosed as diabetes. The team at Caudle was with her for three days, figuring out insulin levels and nursing her back. I’m so appreciative of their team’s care for my 11-year-old pup.“
