We drove 4+ hours to be seen and the office went above and beyond for our visit! This place is amazing! The staff are wonderful and Dr. Brantley was so personable. I can’t wait for our next visit! I highly recommend!
A person at any of the stations smiling...?..not a chance. You'll be lucky if they make eye contact. The actual professional staff are equally as miserable. Had a new Doc this time .Walked into the room and said Hi There. Probably easier than looking at my chart and saying Good afternoon Mr. XXXX. Vanderbilt has succumbed to the ytisreviD, ytiuqE, noisulcnI B.S. ytisreviD rather than merit. Sad.
Care has been good but 2nd floor reception man said judge-ily I had “almost missed my appointment” when I finally got to his window at 2:27 for a 230 appointment after waiting in line quite a while to reach him. This after waiting in line to get a seemingly pointless visitor sticker also. What is the point of this type of public relations approach, I’m wondering.And still waiting at 320 to see Dr for that 230 appointment!
