State Farm nightmare! After three different hail storms two “other” roofing companies and THREE State Farm denials. Randy Slaughter knocked on my door from Southern Roofing and Renovations, I was angry and told him I had been denied three times already and was done!! (Even though I had damage and other people were getting new roofs) Randy told me he wasn’t afraid of State Farm and would stick with me and fight for me to get the roof I truly deserved. I went with it and he got denied and him and Cord fought tooth and nail and three months later here I am getting my roof along with several others he fought for!!! I can’t say enough FANTASTIC things about this company and Randy!
WORTH THE READ So much to say but I don't want to lose my reader. I'll start by saying this, Southern Roofing and Renovations is a company I will never forget. The experience from start to finish was amazing. Jared C. and his team were phenomenal!!!! Jared was involved from the very beginning to the very end. Top tier communication and he cared very much about our build. There aren't enough words to express the loyalty and commitment Jared, and his team had with us through this entire process, including helping us with the insurance company who fought us every step of the way. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. Honestly, at first, I was skeptical and hesitant but all of that went away with the help of Jared and his team. Also, thank you to Lala and Jeff who also helped with this process. If I ever need a new roof again or ever a repair, Southern Roofing and Renovations is who I will be calling. Thank you!!!!
