I have been considering doing a remodel of my house for a long time now, but then I would get overwhelmed trying to choose a contractor and I would just give up. This time I decided to contact Trace and from the start I could tell that they worked in a different way than those one off contractors. First someone came out to my house to get an idea of what I was thinking and then put together an estimate/proposal. All of our interactions with Trace Ventures have been nothing but positive. We were very pleased with all of the workers present during our complete remodeling project. Our result is a beautifully updated home. The process was as pleasant as it could have been, and we would not hesitate to recommend Trace to our friends and family.
