Oak Street Group works magic! I am a first-time homeowner because of the work that Jenny, Bradley and Bonnie did. I can't say enough! For example, Jenny worked on a Friday night to get my new home under contract and then made sure that I was getting a functioning home, with new HVAC! Bonnie helped coordinate closing by communicating - sometimes repeatedly! - with the HOA and services that I need to get my new home ready to move in. My wife and I reached out to Oak Street when we felt it was time to sell our home in Madison. It was an emotional process for us but from the start Brianna and Jenny made it so simple.
