We were selling a property that we did not live near so we needed an agent in the area who would be available for any reason...SO GLAD WE CHOSE JONATHAN!! Within a week of getting our home listed the neighbor's tree fell onto our property after a storm. Jonathan had to do a lot of legwork to get a hold of the actual owners of that property (which was being rented/sublet) but he did it and got it all cleaned up!During our inspection the inspector fell through the ceiling and Jonathan stayed on top of that as well making sure that it was repaired to our satisfaction.Jonathan stayed in constant touch with us and was available immediately when we needed him!We have bought...read full review
