He is so kind down to earth and is truly interested in how you are doing outside of the foot aspect and that sure goes a long way with me and makes me feel like “I matter”… extremely genuine and sincere. He makes me feel like a friend or family. He does not intimidate me or make me uncomfortable asking questions which is truly important and no feeling of being rushed. He also listens and understands my needs . I truly look forward and enjoy his company despite needing to come !!!! Such a sweet caring soul . Hard to find.“

They will help you get to the root of your issues and find answers. Some of the things I personally have been dealing with for decades and this team helped me get some long awaited answers. She's not in it for herself, she will sit and talk no matter what time frame she's under. In this business, sometimes people might be going through hell. She is the only one I trust in Nashville. “I love my nurses here Theresa, Sharon, Jenny, Linda..... I love them! When you're facing the front desk, there's a sweet woman with a pleasant accent that sits on the right side and in the middle. She's always kind, warm and professional. Try to check in with her if you can. The older woman on the left on the end with the glasses can sometimes be borderline curt, cold, or short with people. I wouldn't call her unpleasant. But I suspect she doesn't really love people all that much. Otherwise, everyone else is always great.“

“I love the convenience of this pharmacy since I work for VUMC. You can't beat the price of the prescriptions and the customer service is always great. The only issue (but I have learned to get around it) is that there are times when there is a big line. I now time my visits to first in the a.m. or right before 1:30 p.m.“

“Have been miserable with strep throat for weeks after being mis diagnosed at a minute clinic. Called into Acension Lenox Village today and was able to get a same day appointment with Lula Galgalo. After testing positive for strep, she recommended a different treatment vs the minute clinic. I am sitting here tonight with absolutely no pain in my throat just hours after my visit. Easy check in process and everyone was very nice and caring.“
