“The employees were welcoming and kind! Kellie provided outstanding service. She discussed their various specials and guided us through the gym, explaining the usage of each piece of equipment. We engaged in a 5-minute cycling session followed by 35 minutes of mat pilates, which was quite an experience. The room was heated, causing us to sweat a lot, and I'd say it's suitable for individuals who wear hijabs too, as they covered the glass with a towel, which was fantastic.“

“I had my first ever yoga experience and I really enjoyed it at Royal Massage and Yoga. Netiya ran the class and I found her voice to be soothing and instructions easy to follow. I worked up a pretty good sweat in an hour's time. The studio is clean, the background music works perfect with the movements, and the ambience creates a peaceful environment.
