The employees were welcoming and kind! Kellie provided outstanding service. She discussed their various specials and guided us through the gym, explaining the usage of each piece of equipment. We engaged in a 5-minute cycling session followed by 35 minutes of mat pilates, which was quite an experience. The room was heated, causing us to sweat a lot, and I'd say it's suitable for individuals who wear hijabs too, as they covered the glass with a towel, which was fantastic.

This is a FANTASTIC studio!! I am a sweat everywhere member and have been to many Hotworx studios and this one stands out. The staff are helpful and attentive and always take time to learn everyone’s name and cheer them on. The studio is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Looks like new management has really focused on cleanliness and equipment maintenance in the past several months and it’s great to see!! I am an avid weight lifter and I love doing my cardio here at Hotworx. Great way to get my calorie deficit in and sweat it out. Give it a try you’ll love it!
