Just had the most amazing massage!! Went in for lymphatic drainage she worked on all my neck muscles head and sinus as well. I was so relaxed I felt like I had a 2 hour full body massage and my sinuses were 100% opened. I can breath!!! Hands down best massage I have ever had!! Recommend 1000%

Elizabeth is wonderful! This was my first time seeing her and she took her time asking me questions and made sure I was completely comfortable. I could feel the stress leaving my body as she worked on me! I can’t wait until my next appointment. I highly recommend her! She is truly gifted!

Elizabeth is amazing! She takes her time getting to know your current situation and how she can tailor your session to counteract stress, anxiety, and pain issues. I personally deal with a lot of anxiety and I'm in nursing school so my stress level is elevated. She's been able to help me with so much more than just a massage...she's also helped me with mind management and helps me get to a point of relaxation where I truly let my worries go. She really cares about her clients in mind, body, and spirit. She is essential to my journey as I develop into the balanced healthcare worker I want to be.
