Tracy is absolutely wonderful!! She is highly knowledgeable and skilled in various therapeutic massage techniques such as cupping, Thai, stretching, relaxation/Swedish and deep tissue. She is very intuitive - she always seems to know just what I need from one visit to the next. I highly recommend Tracy!

Tracy gives a great therapeutic massage. She pays attention to the issues you need addressed and provides therapy to help you get back to normal. And if you just need relaxation, she does that very well.

This was my first time at Back in Balance, and it was (no exaggeration) the best massage of my life.The things that make this service like no other: excellent customer service, personalization, professionalism, variety, and atmosphere. Her warm demeanor welcomes you in as she listens carefully to your problems and uses her expertise to make a recommendation for treatment. Or, you can choose from the wide range of treatments listed on her website. This is the maximum value you will find at this price point- cannot recommend enough.p.s. The lavender essential oils really added to the experience.
