“I was afraid when I found I had a speck of what I thought was wood stuck in my eye. I called several places before this one early in the morning to see if I could be seen and they all said they were booked up. When I called the eye care center they were concerned and asked how fast I could get there. I was genuinely moved. When I got there the waiting area was so comfortable and the receptionist moved fast. The doctor was amazing. He took care of what I thought was wood but was metal that was stuck in my eye. He was so great! He really knew how to talk to me in way that kept me calm/relaxed and told me a story of others this happened to. In the future if I ever have any eye problems, I will always go here. He has made a customer for life and I hope the doctor never retires. :) Thank you so much for your care!“

“I must admit my first experience two years ago was not the best. The exam and frame selection was great but the employee at the time was the worst. BUT, my recent visit was the best experience ever. The two young ladies were patient and very attentive to my needs. They explained everything to me in detail while having a smile and exchanging pleasant conversation. Dr. Smallwood was very accommodating, patient and informative. I like the way she took time to answer my questions in detail. Although I was a new patient , my wait time from checking in to seeing the doctor was surprisingly short.
The person that assisted me in selecting my frame also displayed great customer service. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. This was true a great customer experience!“
