They fixed the lock on our front door, and when it had more issues, they were so intent on doing the best possible job that they came back out, took the whole door handle assembly apart, and replaced the spring and the knobs! We gave these guys a heck of a job today. Rekeying a 100 year old home with a large amount and age of locks. They worked for many hours to get it all straightened out for us, especially Adam, and he had a great attitude the whole time - despite the overwhelming amount of work.
