The owner made all things possible for me to get back and forth to work! The Mercedes key is something else I tell ya, he had to take the dash board out and even had to replace our key which was another process! Even while getting the work done, seemed like anyone else would have given up and he kept going. Such a positive individual! 100% satisfactory from us! I really appreciate everything and will definitely recommend others to your business!

Steve and his guys have been helping folks in Memphis for DECADES. My grandfather and my father go get their keys made from Steve and my kids and I do also. Steve even makes house or business calls, cuts hard-to-find keys, and he has NEVER disappointed me. I've even brought him an old drawer an within a few days, he had a key made perfectly! I lost a key to a safe and I gave him the code and he cut me a key to the giant safe in no time flat. He also sharpens knives and scissors. (:

Stopped by at 930am on a Wednesday. Gentleman inside was working but stopped when I walked up. I had two old keys that HD wasn't able to copy. He made the copies and had them to me in 3 mins. Very reasonable price and friendly service.
