“My puppy was in desperate need of a haircut. His hair was tangled and getting matted. Though Gentle Touch is normally pretty booked up they were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable time frame to help my lil guy out. I was able to drop him off before work and pick him up after without any additional charges. The best part is I was able to communicate with them throughout the day and was reassured that he was doing well, and not a bother to them.
