“ME … thank you for your review …. you missed a confirmed appointment in the morning then were upset when you just walked in in the afternoon and couldn’t be seen …. we made you a new appointment and you missed that one as well without calling …. you take up time others could be seen so yes your were charged an office call …. which a family member paid and another then kept your appointment so at this point i’m not sure what your complaint is …. and we do not have an office manager much less a she office manager …. and Dr Hoover called you back and you did not return my call …. if you have a concern you can call and talk to me instead of an anonymous bad review“

“Great place for your dog.. She only keeps 3-4 dogs at time. Very clean an quiet and my dogs dogs love staying there an there is no barking dogs there an my dogs love it there, They just love Dianne. She has a very special gift with animals. I really recommend this place. MY 2 dogs stayed there 2 wks. an looked great when I picked them up.“
