“We are very pleased with the entire process of having Cook Bros build our condo at the Grove at Haven Hill in Lenoir City. We started the process in August while still living in Ohio. From the time we met with Sarah to pick out our lot we only had to drive down to Tennessee a total of 5 times. We moved into our beautifully built condo on June 1st. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship is top of the line.
I would like to give a special “Shout Out” to Hayden and Bri for going above and beyond and putting customer service at a high priority.
Amy at the design studio was very patient and helpful while picking out the entire interior and exterior selections.
Sarah communicated throughout the entire process and sent us several pictures throughout the entire building process.
