We contracted with Cook Bros Homes to build our house in The Grove at Cedar Hills in Lenoir City, TN. This has been the worst new home experience of the six new homes I have owned. We paid a premium for our home but did not get quality. The workmanship is unskilled at best. We have many small cracks in our cement porch and patio. There is a one-half inch crack in our garage floor. There is a porch light that has never worked, a toilet seat that rocks when used. The toilet paper holder in the main bath was mounted to the side of the vanity cabinet so that there is a bare screw protruding on the inside.
