I have never seen a 5 star review auto place before Valet Auto Tech but can confirm they are 5 stars for a reason!!!! I've had frustrating chronic issues with my van for a few months and this is the first place that has truly cared and showed concern in getting it fixed. They worked relentlessly and put in extra research as well, and always had it ready for me to drive home each day understanding that was very important for another job. Robert, the owner, is so down to earth that I didn’t even realize he was the owner until after a few days!- he is caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and HONEST. This is the first auto shop I have never had to question if my complete ignorance of cars was being taken advantage of in any way, in fact the complete opposite. He employs the same caliber as well which is important- I’m familiar with Christian now who was very communicative and great at keeping me in the loop, searching for the best deals for parts, etc… and I could tell the rest of the staff were caring as well in passing. Robert was even willing to help show me some things on my kids car (who they did not even work on), to teach and help us out of the kindness of his heart. I later found out this is where one of my coworkers family goes as well and LOVES them. I just can't speak highly enough about Robert or his shop in all directions. You can put your complete trust here and I will be highly recommending them to anyone who will listen lol!
I just recently signed up for spring and winterization services with Native Hardscapes And Design. About a week later, I discovered I had a leak in my irrigation system. I called Native for help and they were out the next day. The crew was very thorough and they explained each step of the repair needed to me along the way. When they were done they cleaned up thoroughly from the work that they did. I have been very pleased with their response and service and highly recommend.
This is the best place to go to get an alignment. Stock, lifted, slammed, it doesn't matter. Douglas knows his stuff.
Had a plumbing situation and after called other plumbing companies, I am grateful to have found a local shop that is professional, over 30 years experience and isn't trying to overcharge for the service. They detected the problem right away and went through my house checking to see if some other previous plumbing was done correctly and set at the correct setting. They adjusted to be sure I wasn't going to have issues with my hot water tank and pressure was set so I wouldn't blow out my fittings. I felt the job was done thoroughly. M & S are now on my speed dial!

On a recent trip to Tennessee, my father and I stopped by this base to go to the exchange. It's been a long time since I've been on a military base and I forget that it's tax-free number one and number two the prices are amazingly affordable. Plus it gave my dad and I quality time together because I live in Mississippi he lives in Tennessee and it's hard for me to get up there and him to get down here and we had a great experience and the cashier I wish I could remember her name was so kind and so patient and just so professional! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm not allowed to add photos for security purposes.

We live out of state and needed our cabin carpets cleaned. I called Zerorez cleaning services they gave me an estimate over the phone. It was accurate to what they charged me the day of service. They worked well with our limited schedule for our cabin. Our cleaner called us and told us the floors looked so good. Cody was great and kept us updated in his arrival and departure. Shortly after I called Landscapes Etc to provide an estimate to level my backyard and build a stone deck and retaining wall the owner, Matthew Tiemeyer, came to the house to walk through the project with me. His knowledge and professional demeanor were a cut above what I expected, and he immediately came up with ideas for a much better deck and wall than I had planned, for a very minimal additional cost. Work started as soon as the weather allowed, and his crew had an incredible work ethic. The end product was impressive - far better than I had imagined, and they even added some very nice plantings as a no-cost bonus. The only reason I did not rate them with 5 stars was that there were a few delays between start and finish. To be fair, most of them were caused by weather. Since that project, I've asked Matthew to send crews out for a few other smaller projects, and they've been done well, on time and cost-effectively. All in all, highly recommended!

Dr Becky and Dr Webb are both caring compassionate people who take time to any questions and concerns you have as a pet and horse owner. It is easy to get appointments and the staff and doctors are very responsive. It is a wonderful facility
