“We had a very unusual leak in the wall and under our house, were unsure if it was caused by plumbing – or came through roof or siding. Water meter showed no activity, and there have been a few storms. Jimmy came out to help investigate, examined both the roof and siding and found no evidence that the water could be coming through either one. And even after he felt that all was pointing to plumbing, he stuck around for some time to try to support that theory. And before he left, he asked to let him know what we find. This tells us that: a) Jimmy genuinely likes to help people and b) he is curious and wants to get to the bottom of things. Both of those are fantastic traits in a contractor! So even though we didn’t end up hiring this company, he instilled a lot of confidence and goodwill. And we can honestly recommend them, simply based on that.
