I would recommend again and again! My go to hvac provider. They found our homes problem when no one else did. They are thorough, responsive, inquisitive and fixed our issue! They got our house comfortable again. ❤️ We had many service providers over the years, since living in our home, and none of them ever found the issue- matter of fact one of those other service providers recommended we get an additional two ton unit for our homes problem. That of course didn’t work either. Leo, Lori and team did reconcile all of those overlooked issues and got us the answers to our years long problems. We are so happy with how they restored our homes heating and cooling and we would recommend them any-day to everyone. 10/10 recommend!
Highly recommend! They are honest, truly there to help you fix or get done what is needed, they don't try to sell you a bunch of nonsense, do excellent work and communicate well, treat you like family, and are easy to work with. Our HVAC died after another company did a "maintenance check" and gave the OK. We went through 3 other companies and a bunch of overselling and nonsense before we found Poteet. They were excellent and got us heat after 8 weeks without, plus repaired and resealed our duct work and added new vents. Great company!
