“We had to replace 6 lbs of Freon over 13 months in one unit. We had 2 different HVAC companies look at our units and just top them off. ( Pioneer and A1 Finchum).

When our unit started having issues in less than 3 months after the last HVAC serviced it, we called Aire Care.

Logan searched for the issue for 2 hours and found it. Bryan and Austin came out and replaced our refrigerant line at a very reasonable cost and allowed us time to paint the molding to hide the new line before install.

It turned out awesome and now we will look to them for our regular 6 month maintenance.“

“My air conditioner stopped working!! and of course on a day that is 90 degrees! I had to wait a day but my tech showed up on time and quickly got to work. He checked my unit both inside and outside. He added refrigerant and told me that I may have a leak which sounded like a big job to fix. we got cold air coming out right away. He called me the next day to check on me and I told him I was still cool. Two days later It stopped cooling!!!! I called the company and told them and the owner came out the same day and worked into the eveningHe had to go back into the attic which I'm sure felt like a steam bath. The motor had seized up. He took it off and went to get another, then went up to the attic-(steam bath) and replaced it. within minutes we had cold air flowing. Everyone that I dealt with was kind and considerate. Before they did anything he told me what he thought and how much it would cost and asked for permission to continue. I hope my cool air continues but if it stops I will call them again because I am sure they will stand behind their work.“

They repaired a ceiling fan light which another contractor said the entire light or fan needed to be replaced. They also installed two smoke detectors and a light on the exterior side of the house, and tightened some loose wires/screws at a light switch. Finally, they confirmed the working status of a sump pump in the crawlspace that I had been concerned about. They were fast, professional, and very courteous. Thank you for your work.“
