we live in knoxville part time, got here and found our heat was not working, called A&A, jim got here within the hour and had us fixed in 30min, very fair priced, we were very happy with jim and his professionalism, definitely recommend A&A!!

I have known Jim for a few years. I have an extremely old AC unit that he has served a few times over the years. Well my heat exchanger in the unit cracked in multiple locations (the last week of November). We got an estimate from Jim and four other estimates. He was by far the most reasonable with pricing. I called him on Friday around 10am. He was done installing everything by 3pm. He is accommodating and quick to action.Very happy and great customer service!!!Services: Install AC
