“Every time I come in, everyone is smiling and in a great mood - not just staff, patients too. During my last visit, I had some old cavity fillings fixed. I was informed of what would be happening during the visit, made comfortable with some good country music, and I was asked throughout the procedure if I was doing okay or needed a break. Lauren ensured that the tools were ready to be grabbed by Dr. Birch while ensuring I wasn’t choking on my own saliva. Meanwhile, Dr. Birch quickly and confidently fixed what other dentists had done poorly. Throughout the visit, both of them lit up the room with jokes and laughter while also doing a great job fixing my teeth. The following day, I received a text asking if I was in pain or had any concerns. No pain, no concerns. Coulter Family Dentistry continually provides true patient centered care and I would recommend them to anyone.“

“I can not say enough about my experience at Family Dentistry. Everyone from the office staff, receptionist Jill, dental assistant Lisa, and Dr. Phillips were kind, caring, and compassionate. I felt like I was family. They cater to cowards. I was not looking forward to having the dental work I needed. My visit was excellent. The dental assistant Lisa actually noticed and alerted the dentist to a problem not related to the procedure I was having. They both were so gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. (I love they have a bumper guard to help keep your mouth open).
