I called his personal number and on his day off he met me at his office and reattached the crown. “I saw Jocelyn for my cleaning today and she is awesome!!! Jocelyn is the ONLY reason I’m giving 5 stars. I look forward to seeing her next time for my cleaning~Tiffany needs some customer service training. She was very rude to me when I checked in, never said hello or how are you. She was miffed because I didn’t have a new insurance card, nor did I remember our new insurance provider until I accessed my husband’s work site. I would LOVE the opportunity to train these front desk workers HOW to PROPERLY treat clients.***Check in and check out get a 0 star from me***P.S…I want Dr Molly to see this review.“
