PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE A ROOFER in Knoxville!!!!!! First off, call Daniel Hood before you waste your time with other roofers! We went down the google list calling the first ones we came to with high ratings. We were quoted prices by BARNETT ROOFING and TRI-STARR ROOFING. And they both mysteriously fell off the face of the earth. Refusing to respond to phone calls and/or texts after we agreed to a price. Very FRUSTRATING especially when you are on a time crunch. Daniel Hood Roofing put our roof on 5 years ago and did an excellant job. They have great product knowledge and have great customer service. If you need a new roof call Daniel Hood and you be extremely pleased at the results.

I contacted Daniel Hood Roofing on Sunday to inquire about a free inspection and estimate. I was called back to set up the appointment on Monday, and by Tuesday I had someone there to do the inspection and estimate. The woman I spoke to on the phone to setup the appointment was very friendly and she even made an effort to get someone out to my house despite me living outside their normal service area. On Tuesday, their salesman Clint arrived perfectly on time for our appointment and did an extremely thorough inspection of not only my roof but of the attic space and gave me an honest appraisal of the situation.
