Barnetts crew showed at 7 and was gone at 2:30. A well oiled machine.Josh was the foreman but he did not have to tell anyone what to do.The clean up was going on the whole time, not a scrap of paper was left magnets were used to find the nails.Modern materials were used.Highly recommend

A man named Fred came out to inspect our roof issue, told me it'd take a few days to get us an estimate. About 5 days went by and hadn't heard anything so I sent him a text, he said he'd be working on it the next day. Finally received a text 5 days later stating he would get us an estimate to us that day but never did. 4 days go by and still hadn't heard anything so sent another text. Received a text next day stating he'd make sure it come through that day but again, it didn't. Next day received another text stating yet again he hadn't forgot us and he'd be working on our estimate. Finally got a text the next day saying the estimate was done but he needed to let his repair guy look at it and let him know if anything needed corrected. Promised we'd receive it that day. We'll, we didnt get the estimate until 5 days later. I then asked that if we agreed upon the estimate, when could the roofers get started, he said he'd have to consult the office on a start date but we never ĥeard back from him. After going through all this, we were done and just went with a different company. We originally chose Barnett Roofing for the wonderful reviews they had so was beyond disappointed to have had this experience.
