I am a local (Cedar Bluff) area resident and received no response for two weeks after calling and leaving a voicemail one day and emailing the next regarding a full roof replacement. I understand if business is heavy due to the recent storms but a one-sentence reply would have been appreciated.Edit 9/7: Hours after posting a 1-star review I received a phone call from the owner who apologized for being unavailable due to medical issues. While I find it questionable that he was unable to respond for weeks and then able to call back within hours of a negative review I am happy to give him the benefit of the doubt and wish a speedy recovery.

It’s great to have a roofer you know and trust. Owner Scott Potter has done lots of work in my neighborhood. We’ve hired him previously, and referred him to others. We connected w him initially by a referral. Everyone’s experience is the same: A fair price, professional service, fast, quality work.Scott responds quickly to issues. If a tree hits your house, Scott will be by within a day or two.
